DON'T LET YOUR MIND BULLY YOUR BODY INTO BELIEVING IT MUST CARRY THE BURDEN OF ITS WORRIES

Don't let your mind bully your body into believing it must carry the burden of its worries.

As students, we are pounded with activity after activity after activity. Which can affect our mental health.

We students, we have a lot on our plates. House chores, activities, quizzes, performance tasks, and some have work. Balancing these is hard, especially when the people around you expect you to excel academically with the constant pressure around you and high expectations. How can you handle failure and disappointments?

Students should learn how to take care
of ourselves. We should learn how to manage
our time properly. How to deal and cope with
pressure and stress. We have to value and take
care of our mental health and let our minds bully
our own body.

In conclusion, we should value and take care
of ourselves. Not to let stress and pressure destroy
our mental health. Failure is inevitable, therefore
we should learn to accept and embrace it because I
believe that failure is also a part of the process.

Studying all night for an exam. Going to school with an empty stomach. Carrying and hiding your personal problems because you have to be okay in front of everyone. Disregarding your own health. Going to school unwell to take exams. Doing everything for good grades. Is it how students are supposed to be?
